1、 Product structure characteristics.
(1) There are many varieties of mud pumps with a diameter of 250mm or less in our company, including single pump casing and double pump casing. They have strong pressure bearing capacity, can meet long-distance transportation, simple structure, and easy maintenance.
(2) The dredging pumps produced by our company with a diameter of 200-500 (mm) adopt a single pump casing, single-stage single suction cantilever horizontal structure. One is a self-contained bracket type, and the other is a pump box integrated type. At present, all are equipped with underwater pumps, and when connected in series for more than 2 stages, the cabin pump is a dual pump.
(3) The cabin pump with a diameter of 600-1200 (mm) adopts a double shell (single shell pump), single-stage single suction cantilever horizontal structure, with a built-in bracket, and the lubrication method is forced thin oil lubrication. The underwater pump adopts a single pump casing structure to reduce pump weight and facilitate lifting and movement. Adopting a front detachable design, equipped with specialized tools, it is easy to disassemble and repair.

1. Good dredging performance.
(1) Good cavitation performance ensures strong suction capacity of the pump, while achieving greater excavation depth and higher inhalable concentration.
(2) The impeller channel has a wide width and strong flow capacity.
(3) The steep drop in performance curve makes the mud pump more adaptable to changes in displacement.
(4) Multiple adjustments to pump performance can be achieved by changing the pump speed or the impeller diameter.
2. Good wear resistance and long lifespan of overcurrent components.
(1) The overcurrent components such as impellers, sheaths, and liners are made of strong wear-resistant alloy cast iron, which not only has strong impact resistance but also high abrasion resistance.
(2) In the product design process, full consideration is given to the matching of service life between components, and the replacement cycle of wear-resistant parts is basically the same, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
3. Low hydraulic loss, high efficiency, and good economic performance.
Due to the use of advanced hydraulic models, the efficiency level of the mud pump is high, averaging over 5 percentage points higher than other mud pumps, resulting in lower fuel consumption at the same output.
4. The shaft seal is reliable and leak free.
The shaft seal of the dredging pump with a diameter of 200-500 (mm) adopts mechanical seal, packing seal, and composite seal. The shaft seal of the dredging pump with a diameter of 600-1200 (mm) adopts a spiral sleeve L-shaped rubber seal, which consists of three L-shaped sealing rings and a threaded shaft sleeve. In order to improve the service life of the shaft seal, a sand water separator is equipped to ensure the quality of the shaft seal water.
5. The bearings are made of domestic and imported SKF and FAG bearings, equipped with our company's developed forced lubrication system and intelligent alarm system, ensuring the monitoring of bearing life and operating conditions.
